Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created development schemes to transform the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and features a legend identifying different areas of the land.
Accompanying this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative process.
